What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only. The desktop prototype is local-first: workspace data stays on the operator's machine and is not transmitted to this website.

What we collect

We store only what you submit through the website forms: contributor applications, contact inquiries, and demo feedback. That may include your name, email address, organization, interest type, disciplines, experience, portfolio URL, availability, message, consent choice, and the date of submission.

The interactive demo

The demo runs on synthetic sample data in your browser. It does not expose information entered by other visitors, and entries you make in the demo are not collected by this website.

How we use it

Submissions are used to review contributor applications, respond to inquiries, and improve the prototype. We do not sell submissions or use them for advertising.

Retention and access

Submissions are stored in the project's backend and are readable only by authorized project staff. Anonymous visitors cannot read submissions, drafts, profiles, or administrative data.

Your choices

You can ask for your submission to be corrected or deleted by contacting the project through the contact page. Contact consent is recorded with each submission and can be withdrawn.

Changes

This policy may change as the project's governance, security standards, and infrastructure are established. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
